Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with proof. We will be happy to either provide a refund or exchange the item for you for a new one for free, covering shipping costs. Moreover, if we provide you with the wrong size of any product, we will do the same. 

Please note that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for products that do not meet your personal preferences or expectations. We understand that personal taste can vary, and we encourage you to carefully review the product description and images before making a purchase.

If you realise that a product you ordered does not fit you or is of the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible to find out what to do next. We will try to get a better size for you, as long as you cover the shipping costs. (as the problem is not from our end). However, we cannot guarantee that we will have the correct size in stock.
